Who processes your data

The data controller is MIR S.A.S. di Zanin Marco & C. (Zanin Venezia brand), Via delle Industrie 2 n. 14, 30020 Meolo (VE), Italy, VAT no. IT02389810264. For any privacy request, write to info@zaninvenezia.com or call +39 0421 618778.

What data we collect and why

  • Contact form: name, email address and the text of your message. We use them only to reply to your request and, if a business relationship follows, to manage it. The legal basis is your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Providing them is optional, but without them we cannot reply.
  • Technical browsing data: IP address, browser, pages requested. They are processed by the providers hosting the site to run it and protect it from abuse and automated programs (spam). The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the security of the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not use them to profile you.

How long we keep them

Messages received through the form are kept as long as needed to handle the request and any relationship that follows, and in any case no longer than 24 months after the last contact. Technical data is kept by the providers only as long as needed for the security of the service.

Who processes them on our behalf

  • Cloudflare, Inc., which hosts the website and provides the anti-spam check of the forms (Turnstile);
  • Twilio Inc. (SendGrid), the service that delivers the form messages by email (it does not keep them after delivery);
  • Google (Google Workspace), which provides our mailbox.

Some of these providers are based in the United States. Transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission. Your data is never sold or passed on to third parties for marketing.

The site uses technical tools only, needed to run it and keep it secure: the anti-spam check of the forms (Cloudflare Turnstile) and the protection of the site from abuse. We do not use analytics, profiling or marketing cookies, so we do not ask for any consent. The links to our Facebook and Instagram pages are plain links: those services process your data only if you visit them, under their own policies.

Your rights

You may at any time ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, or receive it in a portable format (Arts. 15-22 GDPR), by writing to info@zaninvenezia.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
